Problema MP 501

Good afternoon people.
I have a problem with an MP 501, I will try to explain as much as possible what happens in it.
When we turn on the printer, it activates an axis that is above the duplex, that axis when it rotates from the pressure in the roller, there is a sensor there, but that axis does not stop rotating, we change the plate that it acts, fusion, some motors and it does not for never. The only plate we didn't change was BICU. I wonder if anyone has any other tips?

plate BICU? do you mean the PCB BICU?
