If you guys are on about when you go to My-Ricoh and you followed the instructions on the login page, then that basically goes nowhere if you are a dealer. Happened to me as well and I asked about it on the Ricoh technical site, they gave me a proper email address to send in a request and I got a response about a week later. So I am now signed up to the octopus site.
I would write it on here but I don't want loads of random people emailing them as well and sending crap to them, slowing it down for all the real dealer engineers.
Go to the Ricoh Technical site and click on this topic on the main page - 'For requesting access to octopus' - It tells you who to email to get registered for it.
hola podeis poner el enlace de la pagina octopus ???
