    Technical Service and Support (Octopus)

    Just a quick question

    Is it just me that is having a problem waiting for access to the new portal?

    We are a small ricoh dealer and have had no issues with the my-ricoh site in the passed, I have had no email allowing me access after I request it.

    Anybody else having same issue?

    Welcome to the club! We´r 3 Ricoh-Techs in our shop and are waiting now for 2 weeks to get an access.

    Yeah, still working on that but there's so much other stuff going on right know. 2 of my collegues got their account managed. I'd suggest you better get in touch with ricoh.

    yes, me too, it sucks, it works in fits and starts, but I expected it, it's a tradition

    Same situation, being a small dealer. We've got ours working however since it's launch it seems impossible to get older firmware packages. The my-ricoh deeplink sends you to a blank page, and Octopus hasn't got any of the old stuff..

    Might be a pain for those archaic customers looking to set up scan to folder.

    The My-Ricoh site will still be active until May while they iron out a few teething issue with Octopus access.

    However the DeepLink is currently down they’re working on that too!

    Same thing man......They told us to be patient but its already 3-4 weeks i think
    24 years on ricoh machines and counting

    Same here problems with both technical site also @remote is also down if anyone need any information or firmware etc just ask I'm quite up to date.

    Well at least its not personal and not just me

    they better sort it out quickly as the my-ricoh site now does not have any firmware links active, I even tried a IMC 2500 firmware link and no luck.

    Lets hope they sort it out soon.
