    MPC 3002 paper exit problem

    Hi friends, My machine mpc3002 got problem when paper come out from exit section it's getting rolled up like i attached the image. If anybody knows how to solve this problem please teach me. Thank you.

    Most likely the paper is damp so try a new packet of paper or you have the wrong paper weight setting used.

    Lol print quality does also not look very nice

    It's indeed an issue with the paper/enviroment - you can try to mc-gyverfy* the internal output tray or order the modified one (I think that came with the MPC3002 IIRC)

    *If you have some trash ricohs, then rip of a duplex paper output thingy that's below the scanner and put it on the paper output tray. Find a good position and use a little hot glue.

    Here you have a link where you can download the user manual in different languages.

    You need to go into system settings>paper tray settings
    I dont know in detail for your machine, but you should find all those settings explained in the user manual.
