    SOP - Wifi/Bluetooth won't stay on

I'm aware this is going to be the most obvious setting, but it's something I've not come across. When turning on Wifi and Bluetooth in screen features, both Wifi and wireless direct are greyed-out. Bluetooth isn't, however after turning it on, it resets to off once you leave the menu.

I'm guessing as the machine (mpc2004) was from another company they've likely changed a setting I'm not finding?

Firmware's up to date, administrator + network settings cleared, and I've compared logging data/WIM stuff with another 2004 that's got no issues.

Any clues? Am I being thick? Cheers

with us the bt, and the wifi direct, nobody uses it (pure casuistry) so I don't have a lot of experience on these issues, but I would like to suggest to you in the first place that:
it is better to set the panel in "slow start" mode, that is, when the machine is turned off, the panel turns off completely, and is not in standby, this allows, not only in copiers, to avoid a whole series of problems of " strange packaging "that the android panel os can suffer.
I understand that wi-fi direct and wi-fi cannot coexist at the same time, therefore, either one goes, or the other goes, like on the smartphone, the printers, or the bluray player....f you haven't, I suggest you also update the firmware of the sop panel

    Cheers bud,

Yeah I've updated SOP, and normal boot up mode, both making no difference. We only really change/turn on the settings in order to make the most of the connector app
