Assuming you mean that the print rubs off some or all of the page, I would say that either the improper paper type to be using in a laser print engine, the C3002 was not set for the correct weight and thickness of the paper or incorrect pressure between the fusing sleeve and the pressure roller.
Need more details, post a scan of the fault.

There's obviously some sort of language barrier here. I have no idea what he's trying to explain? Anyone?
Most likely the image he is trying to attach does not meet the size limits. In the upper right hand corner of the Manage Attachments screen that lists the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. If you try to add an attachment that is too large, even by one pixel, it will fail. Those limits apply even to files pasted to the post without clicking on the Attachments paper clip, like picture directly from many HD mobile devices.
