Hi Everyone, Does anybody know how much the Ricoh Smart integration solution costs after the trail period? I have a customer that wants to be able to scan to google drive from a MP2555. also is there a difference between the Smart Integration Solution and Integrated Cloud Environment or is it the same thing?
Thanks in Advance I'm not too familiar with the Ricoh apps.

They should be able to map their Google Drive(s) as local drive letter(s) and just scan to folder.

I have them set up to scan to a shared folder on their network and Email but they want to be able to scan to google drive directly from the Machine bypassing the computer.

In other words you want to make a profit by selling them a Solutions option. Contact Solutions Support with Ricoh.

We have sold RSI to a couple of places, I don't like it at all. Pretty sure the google one is called G-Suite isn't it? I'm pretty sure it is a few hundred pounds and they get 5 years or something. I don't sell it so don't really know you would have to ask Ricoh. It is something that is meant to be installed and administered by the customer. When they pay for it they have to give Ricoh their emails address and they set it up using their own credentials etc
It's quite slow to use on the machine, it loads between almost every screen and really is not worth the money.

There are 4 different levels..Anywhere from $10 usd a month to 70. When the customer signs up they are committing to one year the first year and then have the option going forward to cancel at any time. Here is the break down of the different packages.
