since i have changed the toner bk

i replace him but no resolved...

Ricoh's really don't play well with compatible toners do they brother? well at least in my dealings with them.

Same here on metis customer had oem toner so I thought I order the pwb was still the same replacement of new oem toner sorted problem I've even had oem toner with a missing chip in sealed box.

no it s a genuine toner

and I have change 2 times black yellow magenta cyan

I just change one hour ago the bicu I m waiting for sc code return ...

so now I have the copy clear... look at the picture
all cables are ok


so it s why I think about psu problem...

EDIT , HERE THE SOLUTION


DIPSWITCH 3 on CONTROLLER BOARD

PRINTER OFF
SET OFF OR ON ( LOOK AT THE INITAL STATE and turn it at the reverse ) DIPSWITCH 3 and then wait 10 sc
then turn ON

and restart printer

it reset the cmos controller
and it s ok
