    Solved
    the letter head setting-in copier/doc server user tools /input/output was off, i have never had to turn this on...in tha past.
    set it to ON and the output is what is usual in making copies not , reverse
    ex: Text is readable when you turn the copies over aftrer they exit thew machine , not "up side down" meaning you have to rotate the document to read after it comes out of the machine

    I don't know if I understand the problem correctly, however:

    1) via sp check the correct functioning of the original sensors on the rdf, and clean them with air

    2) open and close the shoulder pad on the rdf tray a few times, sometimes the potentiometer connected to it gets dirty and does not detect the correct position of the shoulder pad
