Dislikes: From win 10 we scaned with no problem using free program xnview but when we transfered machine to an other computer with win 7 prof had problems. It doesn't recognize copier as scaner. Any idea?

you have to download the twain drivers from the ricoh website (just to the right of the drivers) I don't know that program, we use hexonic scan to pdf
