The developer units don't empty and or become empty at the end of their "life" I don't know of a machine that when it is end of life you pull the unit and it is empty. I am assuming that some voltage issue caused the machine to pull the developer out of the machine. Has the machine filled more than normal waste toner containers?

We've had a client empty the dev units after the machine required the waste toner to be emptied as well, seems more common than I thought. I did however have the toners going straight through the dev units into the waste toner bottle.

I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one who has had clients, acting as technicians and they start cleaning with a vacuum cleaner xD hahahaha!!!!

Re: SC 362 - No developer in the all development units (IMC 2500)

How are we having a regular conversation about not only that all 4 dev units have no dev in them at all but also that some of you guys have had customers emptying dev units instead of waste toner bottles?!
I have never seen an empty dev unit before on a working machine, even if it is end of life and spitting loads out. Also how on earth does a customer find a way to empty dev units instead of the much more accessible and easier to empty, waste toner... nope i'll stop there customers are a special kind of stupid sometimes.

I had a customer scrape off a drum down to the aluminum because "it was dirty". He wasn't too happy about the bill. Told him to keep his hands out the machine.
