Ricoh MP C6003 - SC240-04 error

Hi guys,

does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve a SC240-04 error LD magenta issue?

I have not been working on these machines for long AT ALL! so any suggestions would be appreciated. I usually work on Konica Minolta Machines.

I’ve got the service man, I have just replaced the laser unit but I cannot perform the required SP2 110 005, when I do it just fails. Also tried doing SP2118 and again still fails.

the error is still there.
