    MP C3002 No Toner(Bk) message

Last prints were very dark, heavy density with background.
Two days before, prints were a little faint with low density.
    Toner cartridge was empty indeed.
I put in a new toner cartridge, then i checked black toner hose for blockage,
but it was clear, with less toner, then i put a New Toner Pump with hose off course!
    Nothing changed.
I did the trick with SP-3045, then i initialized the Td sensor with SP-3013-03.
It worked for 100-200 prints, then add toner message came back.
M/c has oly 130K. on the clock.
PCU, Developer unit have been checked for any wear...
May i ask your opinions what happens, it is a very very common problem for many
years, but first time for an MP C3002!!!
    Thanks in advance....

what is the page count on the PCU?

    is the waste section clogged?

Which black toner has been used? The Ricoh original?
Have you cleaned the ID sensors yet?
Is the saturation of colour also faint?

try cleaning Black toner hose might be a clog. When you pull hose from black toner put paper below it and see if toner pour out of hose. If not then change toner pump . Number one cause is black toner pump gone bad.

Try to change black development unit, I have had this same problem and it was only solved by changing the development unit after try pump, hose, new toner, look at the toner turning... i suppose that the sensor of the unit was defective.

Re: MP C3002 No Toner(Bk) message

check all gears of the developer unit, and inside the machine if it has leaked. I recommend replacing the developer and reviewing the pcu section. First check, doing the forced loading of the toner, if it falls into the developer box ...
