MP C4503 scan file name

client want scan file name to stay in place for the next scan , i disappears on every scan,when they want to use it for the very next scan job with a slight variable without having to re enter the whole scan name
there 5502 did it, its been replaced with a 5503 cant get it to do it
i have the scan screen on for 4 mins ,before it re defaults, not it,
anyone have a suggestion? is it something in service mode that needs to be switched?

It used to be that info release was disabled by default. I think it was the 02 or 03 where they changed it.
