    I've found the wear on these depends on the customer. Seems if they are doing 2 page staple jobs constantly they wear faster. Also if they don't use the proof tray, you are changing them more. I've only done this once, but seems to be fine (haven't been called back) Order a pair of D6864183 and use them or remove the hub and use the original hubs. They aren't foam and they aren't solid rubber either. The finishers that kick the paper out and draw it back in for stapling use these. I think I am going to use these more instead of those flimsy soft foam ones.
