SC 436 - Ricoh C901

Dear,
My name is Van. I have problem SC436 with Ricoh C901. I try below:
- Clean and Change potential sensor ==> Still not working ==> SC436
- Change other Development (of machine working) ==> Still not working ==>SC436
- I executed on 3820 , then check code on 3821 check log "16999999"

Please give me advise

The 16999999 indicates a 16 failure code on K after which the process terminated because of the K error. For troubleshooting the 16 failure, see the Process Control Troubleshooting section of the service manual. If you do not have a manual, you should not be working on production color machines.

Dear,
I've change Developer K (Drum, Charge and Potential sensor) but still have problem 436. I've read Service manual at "VdHome Error 2" (Display code: 16) but i can not fix it.

Hello! Did you ever resolve this issue? We have the same error, but SC 436 - 15. Already swapped one sensor, changed the drum, but it's still doesnt go away.
