    Sounds like it is time for another maintenance service. Have you checked the PM counters. PM means Preventive Maintenance. If you use after market toner PMs need to be done more frequently.

    Yes, I will also have to call the technician again to see what solution he gives me, but with all the data that everyone has given me here it helps me to comment to the technician because even though he is an official Ricoh technician to this problem he does not find a definitive solution, thank you very much slimslob.

    These boxes needs regular maintenance, this is not break and fix.
    Compare it with your car, some parts get worn out (tires, breaks, oil etc.) these parts needs to be changed before the break (or you die) it’s the same with your copier (except you won’t die).
    Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

    Just so you know if he is a credited ricoh Service Engineer there's no way he can't fix it as trained engineers have a great technical backup help if we need it
