    ricoh mpc 3501 jam

Hello everyone !! I have a problem with a ricoh mpc3501, it appears to me paper jam in the fusing unit but there's no paper anywhere in the machine, although i changed the fusing unit but still the same... I'm thinking of it might be a sensor at the paper exit but I don't know which. Any ideas ? Thank you in regard!!

Where is it logging the jam on your SMC? Have you done input check yet?

When you say there is no paper in machine does that mean the printed page exited and is laying in the exit tray?

    Fix the SC582 first.

jam code? sc582, why do you change the fuser with the machine blocked by jam? reinstall the old fuser and clear the jam first
