cannot log in web image monitor ricoh mp301

I've never done it before, could anyone help me how to enable it ?

You can reach the WIM interface, but log in won't work, or you even fail to reach the WIM?
The printing and scanning functions are both working?
Is it connected with a lan cable or usb?
Is it apple or windows installed?
Did you tried firefox internet explorer?

I cannot even reach the WIM, printing and scanning works, it is connected with lan cable, windows installed and yes tried firefox too but I can't reach WIM either

Of course it is, i mean who should expect to reach WIM whithout typing the exact ip, this is self-evident
