Is it that you cannot login or get an error when you try to access the device. If the latter, try accessing as a HTTPS:// device and not a HTTP:// device. Someone for some reason may have created a device certificate.
Is 802.11 enabled?

so you've done 5846-046, but there's no mention of you then logging in as supervisor in order to reset the Administrator p/w, and then logging in as administrator to turn off all administrator authentication settings which are preventing you from changing any system settingsOriginally Posted by alphablaster
