Hi All,

Follow PM schedule and use genuine parts.
I have seen after market toner cause problems on this model......
It's an OEM toner. I still don't know why the black density its too dark.
All parts are genuine OEM parts. I know there's an sp settings to be done, but I've forgotten. I'll try to remember.
The problem is you do not think the problem all the way through. Any SP change you make to reduce, or increase, the density of the K toner will result in less toner being put on the drum. Less toner on the drum will result in less toner on the ITB. That will result in the ID patch being lighter, or darker, and Process Control will reverse your adjustment.
I remembered I countered same situation and there's and sp 3xxx, but can't remember anymore.
