    MP 3353

Hello People, I need to restore this MP3353 to factory settings. Per order of my I.T. Guy. Is there more I can do than the memory clear of "5801" ??? Thanks in advance.

No, you should not use that SP mode.

Enter special SP mode & use SP5846-46. This will wipe the HDD & reset the admin & supervisor passwords back to default.
