How often does it do the ghosting? Are they printing on non-standard media? Have you tried setting the tray to middle thick?

Do you have access to Octopussy? Is there an RTB?
Had similar on MP C4503 it was separation issue from one of the paper trays, so every now and then they reached this tray they got offset. Users didn’t notice the extra sheet of blank paper.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

ITB Cl unit is ok, it is not blocked with toner.
Firmware version = 2.28 (latest?).
All fusing related SP's are on default.
Customer says machine has this problem from installation on...
I think this is a matter of firmware.
Has someone meanwhile a proper suggestion?

You mean that these 2 pages come together, as sticking to each other?
The distance between the original and the ghost is 37 inch.

Seems that the letterhead is the issue.
We have put this tray on medium thick and it seems that this setting the problem has solved...
