Ricoh imc 300 Doc Feeder Jams

Has anyone else had problems with the new Ricoh imc 300 Doc FEEDERS We have got 2 mcs doing the same thing df jamming at pick up.We have stripped both down replaced all feed and sep and cleaned all sensors and both mc s are still erratic with jams When it does jam its very diificult to clear the jam as if its a sensor or a patch contaminated with dust.
Both are newish mcs less than a year old
Please let me know if its an issue on this model or any ideas welcome
