    already test output mode ….all gear and motor no problem
    finally is that entrance sensor problem …replaced new 1

    Have you visually inspected the area where the lead edge is stopping at.

    it seems to break down easily, it has already happened to me three, four times, I changed the whole paper output unit to do earlier, I had some machines available.

    Stop at duplex unit …after replaced entrance sensor …sloved

    this machine double sided already jam 2 times ….
    1st time is exit unit
    2nd time is entrance sensor…

    Check the black drive drive on door is springing back and forward.
    Check the top output tray isn't blocking the the path as paper comes out before going back in.

    Cool - if you like to test a sensor you can use input check
