Ricoh Pro C751ex jammimg at D2/D3

Hi there,
I'm basically a KonicaMinolta tech. Happen to see this C751ex with a jammimg indication at D2/D3. The sensor status in 5803-8 bit 4 is constantly 0, means there is a paper there. I have cheked by swapping the sensor with a working one, the status is 0. Once we pull out left side unit the status changes to 1.
There are no local Ricoh techs experience with Ricoh digital presses.
Any lead about the fault?

Got it solved..... quite confusion in going through available service manual. Simply disconnected the following sensor, mentioned by 2 different names in SM: Pressure Roller Paper Sensor

Hot Roller Paper Sensor….
As mentioned before, I work mostly on Bizhubs and have noticed that SM of KonicaMinolta are quite well organized in comparison to any other brands.
So the machines is working fine and I’m wondering what this disconnected sensor do?
One problem to see now on this machine is that the Cyan toner is not auto feeding customer mentioned this fault was there before stucking at jam D2/D3 and they used to manually add Cyan toner (there's a whole mess up story behind it)… will someone provide any lead ????
