Ricoh MP C4503 Copies exiting wrong output tray

Admittedly we're not that familiar with these units but I do have a customer that has one and we are having an issue. They want the copies to exit in the Internal tray and not the external finisher. I did find the output settings and change it to "internal tray 1" but it still goes to the finisher. Any ideas of what I am missing?

Output : Copier in the General tab of user tools should sort that out. If not there may be something mechanically wrong with the bridge unit.

thank you! I did change it there but without success. What is strange is they can print to that internal tray without problem.

Does it come out of the finisher upper tray or lower? If lower it could be sort is set as default.
