I have a MP7502 at power ON the diskplaer show sc220-00 so I replace the PSU、BCU、IPU、PFU、LSU unit、SBU unit and firmware 。now the machine sc220-00 boards is good ,because on aonther machine is working ,so I do not know why the machine

You sure shotgunned a lot of boards for a simple polygon mirror motor error. Maybe you should get a service manual before you try to repair something in the future.

Wow a lot of wasted time n money.
Your problem is clearly defined in the Service Manual.
Did you replace the whole laser assmy?
Was it new or a pull from the boneyard?
Did you input the settings?
