Possible to post a sample print of counter page or proper test page? Helps to see distances between repeating image and type of repeating

Sample print would help alot. Without that the possibilities are
Cleaning blade
Hot roller
Laser unit
Drum
Toner (if generic or faulty. This in turn will have an effect on the developer)
The list goes on
If you did your cleaning blade and hot roller change then stop the machine mid cycle print, once before it enters the fuser unit and once mid-way through the fuser. That should help determine the cause of the problem.
