SP-3-990-001 (fan rotation speed). Set this service mode to 1 and the customer does not turn off the machine at night. To me it has worked. You still have to update the firmware to the last version.

thanks! ... at the time I had thought about it ... but I had not found the sp, usually, on any model, if the sp is present, I always increase the operating time of the drum exhaust fan, just to avoid these kinds of jokes, and that of the fuser, to avoid deformation of the fuser covers, and paper guide...we have had a lot of problems in the past.
Just to clarify:
Is this darker area (compression?) crossfeed (A4) or in the feed direction (A4-R)?
If it's crossfeed (main-scan, A4) ... and I think it is ... we used to see something called "developer burn", in which the selenium drum coating was damaged by incorrect charge values or excessive internal heat, usually prematurely. In this case the band crossfeed would move around on the page. Does the anomaly stay in the same position relative to the leading edge? In that case, perhaps you have a fuser speed issue.
If it's in the feed direction (A4-R) that's an entirely different story. So which is it? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
