Is there a way to display the concerned error? In WIM it only say "call service" without any further description.
Thanks in advance.

Could be a PM-component that has passed over time, think i've seen it myself on some older machine and then it was the ITB or ITB Cleaning unit that was on 150%.
There was a finisher installed which we removed together with the bridge unit.
But as far as the manual indicates, there is no need to change a sp mode for (de)install a finisher sr3090 or 790.
I see this alot on current models also, the IM C4500 and MPC 4504 in particular. (Although those 2 accout for 99+% of the models I deal with.)
Therefore, I have the same question.
“I think you should treat good friends like a fine wine. That’s why I keep mine locked up in the basement.” - Tim Hawkins
A lot of used machines I pick up show an "RC gate connection error" in the WIM when I connect them to networks, with no other messages.
I run SP5806-209 (Remote Service / Install clear) to clear it.
I think you can also do this in User tools/ system settings/ extended security/ administrator/ extended security/ @ remote service (Set to prohibit)
I can't say for sure, but maybe the newer models don't display the specific message details in the WIM (?), but running the SP and rebooting can't hurt.
