Unable to Access Web Image Monitor Ricoh IMC 6000

Hello, I do not know if anyone else has experienced this issue, but we have recently installed some new Ricoh IMC6000s. We have these devices set up to automatically email us if paper is low, toner is out, etc. Sometimes we will get blank emails from the devices. When we try to access the WIM to the ones sending out blank emails, we get a blank page with the message:

    /web/sys/res/en/websys_i18n_en.xml

We have tried different browsers, computers, as well as updating the firmware on the copiers. The only thing that seems to work is restarting the copier but that is only temporary before it all happens again.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

it never happened to me, but seen this way ... it stinks a bit, of blacklist / spam, or in any case a security policy

Have you tried a full power down and reboot? That was the solution in a previous thread. web image monitor will not load

Interesting. Is there any way in the settings of the copier, to go around this? Appreciate the reply.

Yeah, we have to reset them pretty regularly, but the eventually do it again in a matter of hours.

Sounds like you may have really crappy power. Do you have any type of power protection for the IMC?
