I got this Customer Ricoh mpc4502 print comes well on bond paper, but on thick card/paper there's these white stuffs that shows around it. I don't know if there's any SP settings around to adjust it. Attached are copy of it.

try to set in the pc driver, setting from[speed -> quality] so reducing the speed you should solve the problem, obviously I assume that the setting of the paper you have already put it on [cardboard]...while you're at it, clean the thermistorsOriginally Posted by Pixtech Frameworks

What do you expect from an aging office color machine. I assume all PM parts that are due have been replaced and you have set paper weight correctly.
That looks like a thoroughly ruined fusing sleeve to me.
Please determine what media that you're using in grams per square meter. What is the gsm?
What media type are you setting the machine to? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

hi, to print images so full of color, on a laser, you have to decrease the speed, using [quality setting] I always do it, even at home, to print DVD covers ... even on normal paper
The paper type and thickness are not set properly. As a result the transfer current for the PTR is too low, the fusing temperature is too low and the motor speed is too fast. Those are the thing that are automatically adjusted when you change paper thickness.
hi, Slim, it might not be enough, leaving aside the dvd cover speech, which I do at home, just happened to me months ago on an mpc4502 in a stationery shop, that kind of problem, customers bring photos taken with cameras, and cd covers, to be scanned and printed, and despite all the paper thickness settings, the same result came out of the Pixtech, until I changed the driver setting, from speed to quality, then he didn't call anymore
All paper weights are set correctly, moreover all parts where replaced recently only 16k copies.
New sleeve. But prints well on plain paper.
