Equitrac - uninstall on a sop (cheetah) display

There is no way to access the sp mode.
We do not have any (admin) card to log in the Equitrac software.
We have bought this machine from Ricoh itself.
    Someone, please?

If it's PCC5, you can hit the hamburger menu at the top right, go into Administration then get into SP mode from there.

Dear c.t., there is no hamburger menu, even "login" is not highlighted (but it is on the screen).
This is the PCC 4 version

What sort of machine has it been installed on? PCC4 doesn't install to the SOP. It's installed into the Java on the controller if it's an '04 or IMC.

Did you try using the hidden buttons on the left side of the screen. Hidden with a small cover within the SOP.
If it works, don't touch it.

Oze, thanks, but this machine is no more in its network, we have bought this from Ricoh itself.
I have tried the code you have suggested here, but nothing changes.
Yesterday i had a technician from Ricoh on the phone and he told me to first press a red button (which one, there are 3 red buttons???), than the green one and then the code you have given here. But... no good.

Try pushing in the bottom button and touch the "check Status" part of the screen at the same time.
That will pull up a numeric keypad.
Usually with PCC you need a user to login before this will get you into service mode but it won't hurt to go ahead and try.
