Equitrac - uninstall on a sop (cheetah) display

There is no way to access the sp mode.
We do not have any (admin) card to log in the Equitrac software.
We have bought this machine from Ricoh itself.
Someone, please?

I know that on the early models with SOP you could add the Classic Copy Function to te desktop and use it to get into SP mode.

Ask your Ricoh rep how to fix it or send it back to them.
