I know you have probably explored this but, It seems the copier is seeing a paper size conflict and try to compensate. The ACC image is meant to be printed on A4 / 8.5x11 paper but is misinterpreting the paper size in its tray (either real or bad sensing). Correcting this is the key to a fix. I can find no service bulletin or tech thread on TSRC. There is a mention on Ricoh's site addressing the image rotation, but that has to do with paper size mismatch between original and copy size and using magnification settings to allow full image copying. Again, I know this is obvious to you but I can think of no other path to troubleshoot it fully. Please let us know what you find. Good luck.
