I have a MP C3004 with a SC995-03 code. This machine is at a customer location and has been functioning fine until this morning.
It says machine serial number doesn't match or the controller is defective.
It just seemed a bit strange to me as no work was being done on this machine, it's not like i was messing with the controller or anything.
So is there something I can check or look at first before going through replacing the controller on this machine?
