I have ricoh mp4000B, the machine print half page and half page blank, and when the copying start the machine is shows memory full, and show sc860, sometimes sc819, sometime sc865, i cannot format hdd, and Can't memory clear, when try to format or memory clear the machine shows error!!!!!!
What can i do??????

Sounds like the HDD has failed try replacing it.

A MP 4000B does not have a HDD unless it has been added with either the HDD Option or one of the Printer Options.

As for the SC819, it could be a controller software error. Try updating/reloading all the firmware. Otherwise you may have a bad controller board or possibly bad ram on the controller.

If you have tried to install a Printer/Scanner SD card or a PostScript SD card without increasing the memory and/or adding the HDD, that is your problem

Memory clear is the last option you will try, can’t really recommend this.
