mp4001 doesn't show buttons in scanner menu

Hi friend, I have a problem with a mp4001, I create the users in the address book, but the buttons don't appear in the scanner menu. Any idea?

I've created the users in web image monitor as always, I enter the data to authenticate, the path, .... but then no buttons appears on the machine. It's very strange.

Try checking from the control panel. From there you can do a connection check for each path. And that is not the only thing that you can check from the control panel and not from WIM.

could it be that you have "display priority setting" set to mail, or vice versa?
or you can make a backup of the address book (for safety) via wim, and reset the scanner application via sp and format the hdd

Hm.. printer have numbers, every user is 1 number. So, when you scan something, you just choose number (location, user)..

Thanks everyone for answering, it was finally hdd problem, I had to go and change it and the problem has been fixed.
