how does the users guide say to change it???
180 graden turn printing.jpg
Zelfs in het beschaafd Nederlands, als dat geen goede service is!
What size and orientation paper was available? A machine with a tray set for LT SEF and one set for LT LEF will auto rotate if the tray with the same orientation of the original is out of paper.
Are you saying from the ADF it is rotated, but from the platen glass it is correct? Or they both mess up? Essentially printing portrait on landscape or visa-versa.
Check that you have auto-detect turned on for page size when scanning...or make sure that auto-select is on for which paper tray it pulls from.
If you only ever scan in one orientation, you can program it for SEF or LEF always and make both your trays set with the same orientation to avoid that.
Assuming all that is done...could be that if this is only happening from the ADF that one of your original width detection sensors is out..which can be checked in the periphs (input check)
I've had the same issue with a customer on a imc3000.
They had pre printed paper in tray 2, printing = ok, but copying = image 180° rotated.
So, go to WIM, printing settings and somewhere is 180° rotated.
Would you "like" or "thank" my answer here if that was the solution
