    C5100 Missing Magenta Color Channel

    I have a Ricoh C5100 and it's not printing anything from the Magenta Color.
    The machine was printing fine.
    I took out the Magenta Developer Unit to access and clean the PCU Cleaning Unit.
    When I re-inserted it into the machine and tried to print, I was getting my Cyan, Yellow and Black Channel, but NO MAGENTA.
    I checked all wires and properly cleaned the Developer Unit.
    Has anyone encountered this? Can anyone suggest or point me to the a remedy.

    Sounds like you need to go back over what you did.
    Make sure all wires are connected and dev unit is properly placed.

    Being an enduser you should consult a TRAINED TECH.

    xD lol. It reminded me of a call from a customer who complained about something similar, and had vacuumed up the development units.

    Change OPC unit. It is some electrical contact on OPC. I think..

    Are you using the genuine toner?
    And if yes, did you use the new cartridge or swapped it from any other device?
