    Ricoh C5100 vs C7100 Drums

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the C5100 and C7100 drums? They look identical but prices are cheaper for the C7100.

They aren't rated for as many images.

The built structure is same. You could swap the Photo conductor.
However, I am not sure for the click life cycle.

They may not be designed for the same toner/developer recipe. This could hugely adversely affect image quality. I have checked a number of quality alternative suppliers of drums and none of them show the drums for one model to work on the other model.
