As rthonpm says, you are always welcome here. As an example, I have been retire for 7 years now but here I am. I still know the older models and I still know trouble shooting, id est I still have knowledge to share. One thing, if the email you are using is a company provided email, change it to a personal one before you lose access to the company email.

It has been an honour the times we have been able to meet in this forum, but I take the words of Mr.Slimslob.

    Slim, email = to late
You know the first time we encountered? I called you 'pussycat', and someone else told me how important you are on this website, (of course and indeed).
I replied: Sure, but a pussycat like that always comes down on her 4 legs

Mark good luck and stay healthy dude.

Lately we are loosing some members here like srvtec and now Mark with best wishes to them in their new endeavours.
Sadly copier techs burns out... as was case with me and slimslob is very rare one not many come back when doing something else. That said when you enjoy your work that's the best feeling.

Burnout is real and the longer you stay in the game the easier it gets to become extremely frustrated and annoyed by company policies and management decisions that you feel are hindering your performance. Most techs I know that make it past 5 years or so without moving in a different direction only do it because they actually enjoy working on machines and want them to run optimally, they also enjoy helping customers and keeping them happy... and the challenge of balancing those 2 aspects.

Once company policies start interfering with holding that balance it gets real tricky real quick.
