Please start you post with brand, model, problem.
Recently I happened something similar in machines that do not have a finisher.
They had in the default configuration the option of "Classified" (image) and this forced to print / copy only 1 page, as if the machine was asked for a sample.

Turn off the option and the devices started doing the job completely, non-stop.
"ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.

SOLVED: Hi guy, practically the machine, is in the laboratory, and the pc, is downstairs, not to do a thousand times the stairs I reset the sp's 801 family, in two blocks of 5, starting from the last at the bottom, the second block began to print the right amount, I believe that the guilty sp is between 023, and 014, now everything works fine! of course two consecutive machines, with the same problem as at the same, is incredible, thanks to everyone for the collaboration
