    MP 301 Programming Group Fax Destinations

    Hello Ricoh People... I'm sure this is easier said than done, However I am having one heck of a time trying to program in a group of fax destinations into one on a MP 301 ... Funny...I actually was able to do it once after trying for a long time and after deleting the address book and starting over, I couldn't do it again... WTH !!! I set up 5 or 6 dummy fax destinations and just cant group 3 of them into one... CMON!!! Who,s the Dummy here ???? Little help Plz ??? Thanks in advance... Laser801

    Three steps:
    1. Create the individual destinations
    2. Create the group
    3. Add the existing destinations to the group

    Thanks for your reply... This does not apply to the MP 301... They are different...

    Thanks so much! Do I create the group where I created the destinations?? There doesn't seem to be a selection to create a group here... Again, I actually did it once ,but didn't really notice how I did it... and now , cant do it again...Crazy!!! Going Nuts!

    This is for the 301. It was buried pretty deep in the HTML manual.

    Finally ! After doing it a bunch of times ... I think I have it down... I created a Group in "Admin Tools" Address Book Mgt... And then went back and was able to add individual destinations to that group... Shouldn't be that crazy... The user would really find it hard to to this... Thank goodness they have ME ! Lol ... Ya Right!
