Thinking of replacing some of my rental machines with these. Are they reliable that is not prone to misfeeds/jamming???
Thanks!!!!

Just remember that they are an entry level machine.
I'm interested in what the other techs / engineers have to say about this as well.
My company might be considering putting a few on the field as well.
From what I've researched the spares seem a bit pricey and also a bit difficult to get
They are great machines if run at or below recommended volumes. Ricoh made a lot of improvements with the machine through new firmware, so if you get some in, update the firmware before they go out in the field.
It's a good box plan on replacing the drum every 40K..........
Good equipment, with a good engine, the maintenance cycles are correct, but it is a bit expensive since it is an entry-level range, as slim says
Meh, they're alright. Keep them well away from any customers I like to refer to as "knuckle draggers". They don't do well in that sort of environment.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
First of all same as it ever was... it depends on your location, usugae profil, (paper)quality and behaviour (of user) . The toner replacement is a litle bit tricky but tradable. The adf is sensitive during paper feed entrace for folded paperdocuments. On the whole in my opinion a nice compact bw machine.
