Hi guys, I'm interested in working on the A4 range of Ricoh colour and black and white. Can you recommend any new models of equipment that give good results? I mean both MFPs and printers.
Thanks in advance

I have had good luck with all of the A4's from Ricoh. So far very reliable. Customers like them too.
Was a Konica Minolta dealer before. Their A4's cost me customers. They are horrible.
... it is great that Ricoh A4's are very reliable but can you get them within one to three months when you need to order them ?
Like most OEMs, Ricoh has seemingly prioritized the limited number of chip sets available to them to favor their more profitable A3 copiers over A4 product.
The only advice I would give is to avoid the Ricoh SPC range. They're not made by Ricoh, rebadged.
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

... to be successful in the A4 business, you must have more than one OEM to supply product.
I recommend the Toshiba e330AC and Toshiba/Lexmark rebadges.
I didn't like everything from MP161 - SP4510
The IM350 turns out to be quite OK though, so are the newer A4 color models like MPC307-IMC300.
