If you're a Tech, you should know how to do a memory clear to reset to default.

Factory SP is the solution for ALL models, and there are DOZENS of threads related to it.
DO NOT return and ask how to access it if you don't know.
You've already said you're not a tech, and a public forum is NO place to state that info for a multitude of reasons.
Got it, since I`ve asked for a eeprom dump that means I`m familiar altering a hex data. I`m not a printer tech but I`m a tech in different fields, not a noob here.

Although, None of that has anything to do with what I just said
You have 3 options:
- Continue to screw around with it yourself and crater it
- Pay to have a Ricoh trained tech clear it for you
- But a new machine. THe C3300 was introduced 14 years ago. Neither parts nor support availability are guaranteed
