A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
I don't reply to private messages from end users.
I'm standing my ground.
Try removing the driver....and entire driver package. Reinstall, and reconfigure.
The issue is on the PC end.
Have you tried another PC/ laptop or even your phone?
Heck, even Try a totally different driver. For example, PCL5c or even one for another machine like MP C305 or C306 (It's all PCL after-all)
Look in User tools, Machine settings, Printer. There is a setting in there that can be set to one sided or two sided.
I tried from another computer , even with another O.S. ( win 7 and win 8 )again the same , problem is there.I like the idea of an older driver and mobile aplication . I'm gona test it on monday olso I'm going to try with universal driver or maybe to see if there some firmweare update
greetings
Have you tried printing configuration page and see the behaviour of it? If it is the same, then must be from the printer. Maybe an SP mode or a Bit Switch.
Aye! Cut the crap
What is SP 5807-001 set to? It should be 3 for Europe. In some Asian countries they duplex everything.
Also check SP 5195-001 is set to 0. Set to 1 could cause face up exiting.
