RICOH 3035 repetitive line after replacing drum wiper on PhotoConductorUnit PCU

You can see the repetitive line of 43-44mm

And thats the previous drum changed in relation to the page.
You can see the old drum is carved .
Problem is that the black line remains (fainted though) even after drum change.

PCR is clean and no marking
Fuser has no line or scar or anything.
Transfer roller cleaned and made no difference .
If you notice the paper it seems like something is hopping . Could it be the B0392335 PICKOFF PAWL ??

The scratch on the old drum may have damaged the charge roller. For best results always replace drum, charge roller, charge cleaning roller and blade(s) at the same time.

If you have another PCU that you can put in and try that will be a big help. Run a few prints/copies (about 100) if the problem doesn't come back then the issue lies with the old PCU.

    Things to change and check:
    1) drum
    2) blade
    3) Anti Spill mylar strip - could have a build up that scratching the drum
    4) pawl - I normally remove these because in high volume clients they normally scratch the drum
    5) developer and mag roller - could have a hard impurity scratching
    6) charge roller and cleaning roller

    All the best friend

Perhaps the teflon surface of hot roler is worn. Replace hot roller
